Has anyone seen this in their account for BerryBuzz 2.0?

Activation Code: Error - Please contact support

I purchased 1.0 and had a code. Then I upgraded to 2.0 and that error is what I see in my account.

I emailed the developer and have not heard anything back yet (over a week). I tried they automated way of getting the code but I still get that error.

Has anyone else seen that error?

I did not get that exact error when I purchased berrybuzz but I do know if you know or have your order number plus the email you can request another activation code or license key . You have to go to the bellshare website home page and click on the support tab and follow instructions

Yup. I did that and when they gave me the activation number is said...

Where the number should have been.

Weird huh? I am hooked on BerryBuzz and I was really used to using it.

Yes it is kinda weird an I know they are slow took 8 hrs to resolve mine and just had to kinda guess on something that made mine register they never really told me what to do but I always got a number unlike that kinda code error message. Id send them more emails . Hopefully you will get some kind of answer

Same thing happened to me. I emailed customer support, and they handled it the very next day by emailing me my activation code.
