Once the "Home" location is set, how do you get the location gps to display the weather in your current location?

You've got to select Add Current Location from the Berryweather menu. Set your GPS location to home.

Does this mean that BW does not automatically adjust to your GPS location?

    Set Location ID:
ASP.NET Resources - Determine location ID for the weather server control

Works in Canada, use your City and Province.

If you used the add current location to set up a point, it will follow your cell's location and change as you move places.

In Settings in BW, under GPS/Current Location, the "Cell Location (GPS Fallback) option is selected. What should it be set to?

If your with a cdma carrier you should put it on GPS only. The cell location capabilty currently only works with GSM carriers.
Basically what that is doing is telling Berryweather which one to pull location from 1st and then which one to fall back on if the 1st one fails.

If you want the GPS/current location to show on homescreen icon set it as home. It will update as you travel.
