I just bought this app today and like it so far. I have a couple of questions if anyone would help. I used weather bug and you were able to switch locations with no problem if I went to another county etc. Can you do this in berryweather or just toggle through your location screens just to get the info? When it updates your home location does it update the rest of your other locations also? Wouldn't this drain the battery? Thanks for the help.

Scroll your trackball left and right to move through your locations. All your locations are updated one after the other at the scheduled update interval. If you have 10 locations selected it will require more data transfer time (and hence use more battery power) than updating just one location, however it's probably an exaggeration to say that would drain your battery.
