    Default BBM and MSN

    Hi, I just got a Blackberry 9320 (with a data plan) however I try to add someone and they don't receive the request and vice-versa. How should I fix this?

    With the MSN app I try to login and it says: :Service not enabled for this handheld". Can I do anything to get it working or will it not work on my handset?

    Is your data plan a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) plan? Generic data plan will not work.

    You need to contact your service provide and tell them that you need a BLACKBERRY Data Plan Service (BIS). A regular/generic data plan will not work.
