Hi,

I went to upgrade my BBM app today but in the middle of it downloading,it said installation failed. The BBM app I already had on my BB had disappeared yet when I go into app world, it says it is installed but still refuses to let me upgrade it or download it again. My friend has messaged my bbm but no notifications have appeared on my phone so it has definatly gone, yet says it is installed on app world.

Please can anyone help?

Delete it from application management or use DM to remove it - reboot and reinstall.
