I am very pleased with this phone, however it seems there is limited support in the BB App store for this model. For example, the Ebay, Slingplayer, Viigo and Amazon app will not work on this phone because their app doesn't state this model (9670).

I know in the past you could actually download the cod or .alx file to manually install it but doesn't seem that way any more.

Anyone else having any luck?

I dumped the COD files from my BB BOLD 9650,(with BBSAK 1.8) and installed them on my Style, and many of them work, some dont but you can give it a try.

Which ones did you try that did work? I was able to download the .alx file form Sportypal and that worked just fine. I would like to see if I can get the .alx and .cod files for Amazon, Ebay and possibly Slingplayer.

Viigo will probably never be updated, so don't hold your breath.

Some of them might just be waiting on developers switching on the compatibility flag.

Amazon you could try just downloading off the website Amazon
