Maybe a dumb question, haven't seen it anywhere tho...

Some software will list required memory when you look at their site, some do not.

But I'm always wondering about how much system memory different software is using on my BB. Does anyone know of a way to check it for each program? Would definitely aid me in deleting some programs I might not always use so much, so I can free up some much needed memory.

I have an 8830we.

Connect your BB to your PC and run app loader. It should list what all is installed.

Having never done that yet (newb here), I'd been a little apprehensive as I didn't want to initiate some unstoppable action that I was uneducated about controlling.

I take it that I can run the app loader and just look at things without altering or loading stuff?
