    how can i tell if its a one time fee or monthly? because all of the apps i see have one price but it doesnt say one time fee or monthly.

    Normally if it's subscription based it will say so somewhere. They tend to not hide that kind of information when you get the product.

    Most apps are pay once though, that's the majority.
