I bought two apps this past week from different vendors through BB App World, which I have done successfully before. I have gotten receipts from BB App World, but neither of the apps installed. One was a theme and the other was an upgrade to an app I already have: Quick Launch.
I don't understand how to try to reinstall an app when you never got it in the first place. It seems tome you would have to pay for it again. I emailed the QL support team and they told me to uninstall QL and BB App World several times, do several battery pulls and it should be ok. WTF?
Also note that there is no phone number to get ahold of BB App World. I did email their support email, but have yet to get a response. If this has to do with their recent version upgrade; whatever. I still can't get my apps.
