I'm trying BB Alerts and so far am liking it, but have a few questions that I've yet been able to answer on my own (and customer service hasn't replied to my emails):
In Options under "program controls LED": what's it mean where it says trackball, both, status?
where's the option to mark calls opened/read? I see this as an option in the user manual on their webpage.
What's the custom colors option all about and how do we set it etc?
Assuming one were to set the color priority vis a vis cycle, how does one set "priorities" for each type of alert in the first place?
Where can i learn about, and how to set up, mail filters? And can such filters be set for text messages as well?
