Hello ..

My BB 89xx just died, i downloaded the bbm 5.0 last sunday and it crashed my phone !
It says "app error 200 reset"
I tried everything, but nothing works

I deleted bbm 5.0 via DM, and all my friends told me I need to update the things I see in the app loader screen..
But the problem is: I see none
It says that there are no updates for my device..
I downloaded an other OS version (v4.6.1) cuz I thought maybe is that the problem, but even that didn't work

I really don't know what to do now, please help me !

what OS are you using? did you follow the sets to a T when upgrading... look at the sticky in the forum for upgrading to 4.6.1.250 works like a charm....

That is something i don't know, i can't find anything on my carrier's site about the OS

so if I download the 4.6.1.250 that should solve the problem?
