    Hello all,

I know this is discussed a lot but I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem... I have quick pull free edition and when I did a reset on my last storm it didn't come back on... just red light blinking and DOA according to Verizon. Thought maybe it was jsut the phone's time to go and got a new one under warranty, just used it on my storm again and it was very slow to boot back up and was doing the red light blinking thing for about a minute... Have an otterbox on and don't like to take it off to pull the battery, is there a more reliable program out there that won't crash my phone?

    Thanks!

Honestly, unless you want to schedule resets, there's really no need for an app. The "##000000" trick works quite well. See the thread below.

Edit: Turns out my new otterbox was a little tight and was holding a button down, don't know which one, but it was causing the problem. Thanks for the great reference but wasn't quick pull.

I never have problem with quickpull until I upgrade to 5.0, but now quickpull 3.6.4 support OS 5.0. For me is faster then typing in ##000000

Reset Device feature in QuickLaunch works every time! Very nice option

I have not had any issues with the reset function using either Quickpull or MeterBerry. I wonder what was causing your difficulty?

I also use the ##000000 send.

I have this setup as speed dial 0 on my phone. Now all I have to do is hold down 0 and then enter vzw. Works great.
