Are you just trying to do mobile banking? If so, a lot of banks now have mobile sites to do online banking. Check out this thread as it states some banks that have has success and others that have had not.

Mmmm, they have CheckBook PRO & ExpenseLog PRO but I don't know if it can really sync to your bank account's site or anything but it allows you to keep track of your finances.
