Sorry about the multiple posts, but they have my 10.00 and I have a non-working version?
I'm not that bothered by the fact that last week I paid $10.00 (not free, or 2.50) for this program.
BUT, I AM bothered that it does not work properly and they have my 10.00 - And now it's f'n 2.50? (yes, I understand I bought it before the sale, I'm S.O.L.) But at least for 10.00 give me a working version!
They have NOT replied to my emails. I really don't want to call my Credit card company and would rather have a working version.
The Holiday season does have its setback unfortunately , Many take time off thus customer service lacks at times.
What issues are being had will be resolved with Patients
It took a while to respond to all the e-mails from the holiday giveaways (which resulted in about 6000 new customers), but everything should be responded to now. I'll check the PMs in a second as well and get back to you.
