    Nope. I too was wondering how we get it if we don't upgrade OS right away (as others who have upgraded have reported it showing up after that).

    I did a Batt pull to see if that would kick it in, but no go yet......

    Looks like it was only for the Tour. No sign of it on my Storm2. I did see however that Vcast Apps is back and finally working.

    How do you get it to work? I get "Backup Assistant has encountered an account configuration error" I'm calling CS now....

    I already have the icon, it won't connect as per my original post.

    FWIW, CS person grabbed a Tour, clicked on the icon and got the exact same error. They're supposed to call me back......

    which icon do you have? when i used it first i had the old icon but when i used the tour link i got the new icon like shown on the CB home page

    Called CS finally, they said BA is NOT available for the tour until April 1st so all of you who say it's working are probably just imagining it, right? <GD&R>

    Anyway, nothing I can do now, I'll try again tomorrow.

    Tomorrow has come and gone and Backup Assistant still shows the same error.
    I wonder if I should waste any more time calling CS?

    It's sometimes entertaining listening to their completely wrong BS but I'm really getting tired of it. I once asked a VERY nice CS lady why CS people told such outrageous lies and she said she thought maybe some people just couldn't admit they didn't know so they made something up......
