    ShortcutMe can do that (and much more).

    Scheduled Launch in ShortcutMe can be used to launch an app and/or macro within a custmizable time after a device startup.

    The macros allow you to automatically run something (log in, change status, send message, etc) after it launches the application it suppose to launch.
