When I try to appworld and try to download it to my PC, it comes up with this error

I have .206 on my 8900

I even tried on the BB via wifi

I do not have a data plan but should have still work

I tried it again with IE and Firefox so it can install on the PC but no luck

I might be wrong, but I believe I had read that it required a data plan to use App World.
