Use this thread to mention apps that you would definitely recommend to somebody for purchasing... Apps that are easily worth the price (if not more) being charged for them... Try not to use this thread for free apps, this is for strictly those that cost $. This will especially help people who have a limit on how many apps they can buy/afford. Post the app and then a reason... I'll start off...
PatternLock - for a couple of reasons I strongly recommend this app. Firstly, it's fun to have, it definitely adds pretty maximum security (and this depends on how secure you want it by selecting it in the 'options' section), and finally, the developer is committed to making it better constantly... I have made some suggestions/features that I wanted in this app, and they have been done... Definitely worth the price...
Air Traffic Control- Excellent air traffic control game. 3 different maps, different types of aircraft and even some settings to play around with. MUCH better than the iPhone version. From mobigloo. You can get it at the crackberry store.

And also, this is a theme and not an app, but AppleBerry Glass with the stack is 100% worth it. I try other themes and rarely last more than a day before going back.
I purchased Garmin Mobile for the blackberry a few months back. Coming back to California, I had no idea where anything was anymore. So I needed some sort of navigation software.
I was using Verizon Navigator, but at 10 bucks a month, the $80 sale on the Garmin works out to saving me money in the long run. I've liked it thus far and it's nice to search for cheapest gas prices, places to eat etc. with it.
I liked VZNavigator too, but the cost savings are what won me over.
-Quicklaunch (a must)
-Pandora (free but fantastic for music, especially bluetooth)
-Stormslider or Patternlock
-Meterberry (only if you have the memory obsession like most of us)
Best Games
(in no particular order)
-Helicopter
-Parking Lot
-Next Dual Pack
-Nintaii
-Air traffic controller
Is berryweather really a better app in terms of memory leak than weather eye?
I've never tried berryweather, but it looks nice... WB, bbweather alpha, and weather eye all have a huge memory leak................. but i feel like 10 bucks is a bit much for a weather app...... i actually think that one should come standard with the os much like other phones.......
