I did a handset exchange and i re-downloaded my apps from the app store,but they all went into the download file. on my other phone they went onto the desktop. how do you move apps in and out of the folder? i would like to put some on the desktop but can't figure out how to move them?? still learning stuff with this phone. hope this is my last exchange.
Highlight->BB button (the one to the left of the trackball)->move to folder->select location. Then highlight and move it to your liking. Hope that helps.

that worked thanks. my first handset did that automayically and the folder was always empty.thsi new phone seems to work better. actually, i tried the how to save third party apps,but could not find the folder i saved so had to do the apps all over. I am still a newb learning,but love this phone, and you folks on CB rock!!
