Default Application Resource Monitor now in App World

For those on 7.1 who don't yet have Application Resource Monitor, it is now in Blackberry App World.

Free Application Resource Monitor - Download Application Resource Monitor - Free Apps from BlackBerry App World

Dammit the link isn't working for me. Keeps saying "Unable to connect to network" even though i am currently connected and updating apps.

I saw something on twitter saying that BlackBerry pulled it back. I think that's why u are getting that message.

I figured it was something like that. Was hoping to find an OTA link somewhere but no luck. Maybe I'll poke around the newer OS and see if I can find it.

Does this app show what apps are running in the background? I would like to know what it wants to shut down.

No... it just shuts the app down. A notification shows in your notification bar about the shutdown. One you open up the notification, you can say ok or you have the option to set ARM to not monitor and shutdown that particular app.

    a) I have AT&T (it's not released yet)
    b) I have a MAC, so I am stuck (at least until AT&T does an official release... at least I think I'm stuck. Any solution?)

    Can I borrow your 'puter?

Financial hardships have made it hard... when my Windows PC died a very nice associate gave me a MacBook that they had. I'm very grateful for that.

When I select the icon, nothing happens. When I go to Application Manager, it says the app is not running and has never been used. Any suggestions (other than the obvious)?

Same here. I doubt it is running, but cannot really tell. I had added it in, was not in the TMo upgrade to 2.1. Vaporware?

I do understand that, however, it shows no CPU usage. I cannot really tell it is, in fact, active. Were a tree to fall in the forest with no one there, would it make a sound?

In any case, maybe I will just let it make me feel good that my resources are being monitored, even if they are not.
