There are a lot of sites where you can get apps other than APP World. The Crackberry Store has a listing of free apps that can be installed OTA or with the BB DM. If you do a Google Search you will find many more.

if i wanted ota downloads i would ask for links...i need a application only found in blackberry app world...maybe you can help me downloading it with your bes and extracting with BBSAK and sending me the cod...

That app is not even supported in the US for folks who do have BIS/BES.
