I don't know if anyone has run into this issue, but I got a refund on an app about 2 years ago.

Now I want to re-purchase the app.

However, it shows up in my world as "uninstalled". When I go to purchase it again, it only says "re-install". I click that, and before downloading it says, "The application canno tbe installed, please try again." I checked the log file and it error it gives is that I'm trying to install an app without paying for it...so...here's where I am.

Scenario 1:
1) Clear app cache with alt-rstrst
2) Install from app world on phone from "my world"
3) "Re-install" button is visible in app
4) Gives error, "Can't install application, please try again" - even before downloading
5) Go back to app and it still has the "re-install" button..endless loop and never works

Scenario 2:
1) Clear app world cache alt-rstrst trick
2) Search for app in app world
3) Install from app world by searching for the app
4) Appworld gives error, "Can't install application, please try again" - even before downloading
5) Going back to app in app world shows no buttons now, not even a re-install button.

Scenario 3:
1) Install from app world on the desktop with the appworld web browser plugin
2) App installs - but license key is incorrect
3) License key appears to be old license key from two years ago

I've tried resetting the device, wiping everything, all with the same results. And it's only for this one app.

I've contacted blackberry support and believe I have finally reached someone who understand the inner workings of the app store, but it's going to take them a few days to get back to me.

Has anyone else had an issue like this?
