    I've been having a problem accessing App World this morning. When I try to load it up I get a message sayin 'Upgrade to a service that includes web browsing. Please contact your service provider'

    I gave them a call. And they said that nothing had changed on my contract and I still had the full data plan.

    Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to resolve it?

    I thought I saw this on another thread. I'm sure the person just re-sent their service books and then were back up and running
