Is app world down for anybody else in Canada or Anywhere today?

I bought a new playbook for xmas and want to download my apps from my old one to it. unfortunately my mini usb port on my old one is not broken (hence the new PB). I have tried from two different PC's to view my app world without success. I can log in ok but when i select MY APP WORLD it asks me to log in again, again, again ............ I just cannot view any of my apps on either my blackberry torch or playbook via the website. Sometimes it says SERVER error. So for the past few days I have not been able to view my apps on line - any help would be appreciated
