Now to the post :: I have a leaked OS 5.0 with a hybrid add ... For some reason my App World continuously deletes its self I don't know and can not figure out why, so at last I am here... Hoping and praying with all appendages crossed that my fellow Tourist can be of some help, as you all have on numerous ocassions.

This happened to me too, using irtehun's 7.11 hybrid. This should probably be moved to the OS forum. I would suggest also searching bbhybrids.net for a solution.
Yep. I stopped trying to install it. If you pull the battery, it's gone. It's not just the icon hiding, either. If you look for it under options -- applications it's not there.
What I had to do to make it stick was to make sure I didnt install it when I installed the OS on my phone (shrink-an-os). Then just pull it down via the web browser from BlackBerry App World
So far so good, have reset many o times and is still there. Just wish I had a reason to use it, lol.
