The phones can be used as TV remotes, right? So that means they are capable of emitting an IR signal. Can they pick up an IR signal?
IF SO... would it be possible to make a Lazer Tag style game where the phones send an IR signal at eachother?
Is this technically feasible...?
That would be awesome. Imagine if you could actually shoot other BlackBerrys with the ShotGun app...

Nope our phones don't have IR
There is a device to change channels but I think it uses a bluetooth to IR adapter if I'm not mistaken.
