For example, on the iPhone, the Android, and I believe the Pre they all have a feature that when a new SMS arrives it pops up on your screen and you have the option to read it then or later.

Is this an OS feature in the Storm or a App that would need to be made? Is there one that already exists?

You will need a 3rd party app for that, and they already exist. Check out the CB app store... I believe you will find them under "Communication & Internet".

It's not an OS thing. I believe there is an app like that but I can't find it right now.

Doesnt' work right with .122... I click open and it goes to phone dialer... so who knows..
