So I just realized I'm having serious memory issues. I tried a lot of the tips that have been posted, except for leaving only 8 icons on my screen, I have 16 with the rest either hidden or put into folders. I deleted opera, aim, and some other programs but I can't seem to get over 30MB. In fact, I'm generally in the low 20s or below. I'm running OS....75 right now
    I've got the following installed:
    Viigo
    TalkLock
    AP mobile
    google talk
    visual voicemail
    google sync
    docs to go
    google maps
    you tube app

I don't understand what the problem is. I've done a number of battery pulls/soft resets and also ran memory cleaner. .83 solving this problem?
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can clear the Event Log: Pull up the full keyboard>press 123!? for number lock then enter: "/ "/ then press menu>Clear log. Then pull the battery. Also make sure you close out applications the correct way when finished. Menu>Close. Also, as the new SW comes out, it will eventually allow for some more memory.

Search the Storm forum for my post on how to remove the OEM wallpapers cod file. That'll free up another 5MB for you. The app and OS memory available on the Storm is onl 128MB, so between the OS load and what you have, it's not surprising. Something RIM has forced us to deal with for a bazillion years.
