Question App management, module properties, policy restrictions

Whenever I install a new app, I go to:
    Options>Device>Application Management
I click on a particular app and then go down the page to the module(s).

After that I get Module Properties, and then towards the bottom of that page it will show, for example:

    "Policy Restrictions":
Input Simulation, Browser Filtering; with nothing in parentheses after that.
I also see, normally, Recording(Prompt) and Security Timer Reset(Prompt).

    My question is this -
Is it telling me that the ones in the beginning, minus the (Prompt)'s; have to be set to Allow, versus Deny?

That is how I've been interpreting it. Particularly when an app isn't working correctly.

Am I wrong in assuming this??

    Thanks so much!

Are you on BES? I have no such entries on mine. I would assume those are "allows". Prompt would ask before it acts.

    Thank you for your response!

I'm sorry but I have no idea if I'm on BES. Do you know how I find out? And what is BES?

(add-on): BES =BlackBerry Enterprise Server, correct?
    No, don't have it/"Not Connected"

It says BlackBerry Internet Service: "Connection - Mobile Network" (AT&T)
I apologize for not getting that sooner.

I'm still wondering if anyone has seen, on their phones, what I was initially referring to above @ start of my thread.
    Thank you!
