Looks like CB's my last hope since the support doesn't reply my e-mails.. I paid for an app on bb world called 'App Lock'.
I tried to lock a couple of things like videos, memopad, etc. Unfortunatly I had to wipe my blackberry and re-install the app again. All those files were locked before the wipe and now unfortunatly I can't seem to unlock them again. It gets worse, cause everytime I record another video it won't show up in my list either.. When I connect my bb to my Mac I do see the files, with extensions .al and unable to open them.
Can someone help me to get my files back?! I would be forever thankful.
