    I'm having very big issue with support of GetEmPower as I'm not getting any reply from them since 13th of August.

    As I have shifted my device from 9700 to 9900 , my all paid apps are working except for the AppLock ..as it says trial period has expired.

    I have emailed their support couple of times and I'm not getting any reply.

    I have enclosed the screenshot for the amount I had paid.

    Suggest me what to do ?

    I have an app by them also. Never received any answers to my questions either. I've checked their forum in the past and even there no one was getting any answers. Also their apps have not been updated in a long time. I finally stopped using the app that I had by them and found something better.

    Looks like they are not around anymore.

    exact same issue here. went from 9700 to 9900 and now I can't validate licence and I can't even re-buy it.

    I have been trying to get my registration updated for two weeks now with no reply. Won't be purchasing any more of their products.

    Same problem for me too...used trial app, went and purchased and get a licencing issue - purchased on 26/11/2012. I know it's only a �1 but it's a lot of people's �1's how do we get our pennies back?

    I was having a similar issue as chilid, so after i came and complained here, i went looking for info and i tried a few things... first i deleted the free trial and restarted the phone and went back to app world and reinstall the purchased version and it worked... i got there a registration code and it was solved...
