on my storm 2 menus...when i used to click on applications, i used to get an ampty page and a search box...it seems like i had to basically search for apps to download, etc... seemed straightforward, but i never did anything yet.
Yesterday (2nd day with phone) I decided to look for some apps, but when i clicked the applicaitions icon, i found a few apps already there, such as memo pad, calculator, xls viwer, ppt viewer and a couple of other apps.
Now i don't have that search box to look for and download apps. Am I missing something here??
i have a 9550 unlocked and working perfectly in saudi arabia
the search icon u are referring to was to search for things such as emails, sms, and mms not search for new apps thats what blackberry app world is for.
