Down loaded BB desktop manager for Mac from the Crackberry. The first time I ran it , it asked if I wanted to update. Like a dumba&* I did. Now all i can get is this error message. Pulled the battery, no joy. Help!
That message indicates a failed OS update that's left your device inoperable. The only solution is to use JL_Cmdr to removed the corrupted OS so you can load it again. You will lose everything on your device, but will be able to reload from your most recent backup. Unfortunately that's a common error. It happened to me on my last upgrade as well.
