Please help - I use the pocketmac for blackberry to sync. I was looking for updates because there were some apps that could not be backed up. It led me to the bb desktop software for mac so i downloaded it (i was warned all other apps to sync my bb will not work once installed but i did anyway). While all this was happening my phone was connected to my mac. After 5 mins i realisedd the white screen. I have tried taking out the battery - didnt work. Any suggestions?
