    DM instructed me to update my OS.
    I did so
    DM said i needed to reboot to complete the update.
    I did so.
    Torch decided not to get past the black BB screen
    White screen with message: app error 200.
    With 1 option. Reset.

    Tech support sent instructions for a force reload.
    Didn't work

    They are now sending a replacement phone.

    Anyone else have this issue?

    My Torch has effectively been.......digitally lobotomised.

    It cold probably be fixed with a complete wipe and reload of the OS. I think there are instructions in the FAQ area.
