seems that lots of people ran into this problem, and they usually fixed it by a battery pull...
but my situation is as follows...
my bb wasn't connecting to DM, so after a long thought, I've wiped my phone, and reloaded the os.
While getting the os into the phone, power went out (seriously?) and my comp rebooted, my phone still in middle of reloading.
now, somehow, my phone is at the last step of the reloading process, but now, every 7 to 8 minutes or so, the app error 200 message comes out.
I click it, and of course, the phone reboots, and everytime it reboots, it'll resume the process, then run into the error again.
