    I had the App Error 200 problem and this worked for me. I had a previous version of device software in the Device Mgr that was still loaded in the DM which I had to uninstall first. I did this through the control panel add/remove programs and removed the old version of the BB software. You can find out if you have other software versions by going to Help>About BB Desktop Manger>Device Software>. It will list the software versions you have installed. Just remove the one you are not using.

    Then I connected the phone to DM with the battery in and then it finally detected the PIN number. Application Loader>Add/Remove Software>Check the software that you want (including the language input software) >Next>Finish. The reinstall process will start but when the progress bar freezes take the battery out and it will continue. When the progress bar stops again put the battery back in the phone which will allow it to load successfully. This worked for me hope it helps someone else.
