Need some help please, im trying to load OS 5 onto my curve 8900 every time i go to DM 4.6 and try to load it it crashes advising me of the below message can some one please help me its doing me in

90% of the population does not know how to manage a PC properly. From backing up, firewalling, imaging, restoring, security, etc etc.

A Blackberry is a mini computer. Its not simply a phone.

If you cannot effectively manage a PC, it will be difficult for you to manage a BB.

No still have not solved the problem, people tend to think that people who use forums are amazing at this kind of stuff, infact new people come to these forums to get help and advise... but it looks like people dont want to help.
