Looking for an app to kill off or control other apps or programs running in the background. Any suggestions. Free or purchased is fine

Like and Android task killer? I'm not sure i know of any. You can just hold down the Blackberry button and close whatever's open. There shouldn't be that many. There are also apps to boost your ram like MemoryBooster.
