hookup your phone to DM and go to the app loader and click install app and then there will be a list of all the software that came on the phone.

You don't really need it though, theres nothing on it besides the stuff that already came on the phone.

Hit the menu key and press show all.
That should work u may have or it may have accidentally been hidden.
