After Harry gets all of Luna's stuff and then he has to open all the gates to find the pygmy puff, how do you get out of there? After getting the pygmy puff, the footprints lead to another gate that doesn't seem to open. Help?

i cant figure out how to start the game. so im at the main menue and it says "new game" highlighted. ive pressed every button on my phone and nothing happens except when i hit my "back" button...then it says "are you sure"....i continue to press buttons, but once again the only one that does anything is the back button, which i press again and it takes me back to the menue page. how do i even begin the game? is it just my model phone or am i flat out stupid.
