For the past 3 days, I have been trying to reinstall Nimbuzz oon my BB. I forgot my password and have been trying to retrieve it. I contacted support and the said to open Nimbuzz mobile, go to settings, account settings, registration, forgot password. I cannot even get the option for Settings to begin with. I was also given a link. The link just takes me to the website to download Nimbuzz. There's a FAQ section and I clicked on that. When I go to forgot my password, the only thing I'm getting is the same instructions. When I open the Nimbuzz app, the only thing I get is "connecting" or "reconnecting" and then it just stays there. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I get the same thing. Can anyone give me any suggestions? While I appreciate having it so that I can use FB chat, the aggravation I've been having the past 3 days is not worth it at all.
