Does anyone know of any app that lets you take a picture of a barcode and find the price of the item online?

I installed it last week and only uploaded one test picture. It came back within a minute that it was not a recognized product. Then I looked at the picture that I had taken in landscape and it was uploaded in portrait, cutting off the sides of the product. No wonder.

Any trick to inputing password? I can't get it to allow me to get past Log In Name.

After my post I tried this app out again. I then remembered why I didn't go back to using it. The app does not work on the Storm at all. You can't scroll anywhere. BUT, you can bypass using the app by taking a pic and send it to [email protected]. I don't believe you need an account for this. Check out their website and look at the How it Works link.

actually, with pongr you can scroll anywhere. it's os is made for trackballs, so you have to move ur finger down for it to go down, not the way the storm has it where you "pull"

My bad. I must have disabled compat mode to remove the keyboard before testing. Scrolling works fine with compat enabled.

I input a barcode number and got results right way, pic included. Only problem is the cheapest they could find my SmartShopper grocery list organizer was for $95 at Best Buy and a $100+ at a few other sites. I bought it at Amazon for $49 and the website of the manufacturer even offers it at this same price. More testing needed.
