I could use your help. I am the Lotus/Blackberry admin. This said IT staff can be some of the biggest whiners and challenges.
We use whats up gold to send alerts. I change them to level1 and expect the TOC to pay attention. Is that enough? Not according to my pointy haired friend. Apparently, he wants alerts to varrie in sound based on subject.
No he does not want to switch between profiles. So, ideally the software would be able to change the alert sounds based on time. Another words the alerts after 6pm and on weekends they get extremely obnoxious and during business hours they are professional. Short of finding a BB programmer to write the program any one have any ideas? We all run 8830's. Electric shock might be an option.
