    Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me. I recently got the BB Bold and when I go to use the AIM it says "Service not enabled for this handheld" anyone know what these means or how I can get it to work? AIM worked fine on my previous phone. Thanks in advance

    I would call AT&T to make sure ur data service has been properly provisioned.
