Okay, I've been searching everywhere on the internet for this question. Is there an AIM Client for the TMO 8820 OTA? I currently do not have a data plan, as I am strapped on cash. I do have SMS plan, and I have heard that TMO lets you use the AIM Client w/o a data plan. Please let me know if you find something out. Time for me to search for this client until someone replies. Thanks.
I would simply google "download AIM blackberry" from your BB and you should get the official one. As you said, it can take SMS and be used without a data plan on your particular phone.
