I rebooted my phone and aerize gave me a message window telling me that my optimize software trial period is expired. When I clicked ok without entering the code, nothing happened. I went and paid for the darn thing online and had to use a fictitious pin number as my phone is locked on that window. I paid for it got a code number, plugged it in and is still not working...I soft booted my bb and did a batery pull still with no luck... please help!!!

So sorry for the frustration. We hadn't considered that a user might not think to try pressing the "back" button to close a dialog since it's such a common BlackBerry paradigm. Anyway, this is the way to dismiss the registration reminder screen in Optimizer: press the back or hangup button. It will not re-display unless you reboot again.
