I have searched this topic, and my situation is different since the App Error 523 is at start up and won't let me work beyond the security check. I have been running the Lyrical hybrid for a couple of weeks with no problems, and did not download any new apps recently.
I have removed my SD card and done several hard re-sets to no avail.
I have booted up in safe mode to no avail.
I back everything up at the beginning of each month, so all I want to do now is be able to back up what I have so I can switch phones.
all you have to do is reload the os, it takes a while ,, one of my employees' 9530 did that and i had to reload his os, unfortunately he never backed up his phone so he was SOL
