I just got the 8530 and when I download and try to open BerryWeather it tells me that I cannot connect because I am trying to open something that is not allowed by my "IT Policy," or something along those lines. The thing is, I am on BIS and this is a brand new phone I just bought myself today at the Verizon store. Is there a workaround for this. Same thing happened when I tried to update to 2.0.63 on my 8230 a couple of days ago.

    Suggestions?

Is your BB firewall enabled? If so, try disabling it.

Firewall wasn't the issue. I guess I'm not sure what the issue was, but it's taken care of now. Due to a faulty button on my first 8530, I received a new handset. I then downloaded BerryWeather again and it worked! So I figured it must be a handset issue...

However, I just saw that BerryWeather updated to 2.0.64 today (ironically) and I checked and I did indeed download .64. It was .63 that was giving me the problems, so maybe they fixed it in the newest release? I know others were reporting the same issue on the BellShare forums.
