I'm new here and to Blackberries in general. So far my 8350i has been working great. No issues whatsoever. I have a question though. Can anyone recommend a weather application that would give me the most bang for my buck?

I downloaded weathereye and when I tried to enter my city it brought up my city name in another state. I cannot find a way to get the weather in the city of my state. Any suggestions?

Under options it only gives m the option of entering a city name. I just looked on the website and my city is not even listed there. The closest city is about 45 minutes away from me. I. Am not in a rural area and other weather apps readily list my city. I entered the closest city to me and it appears that it would be great if I could get the weather for my city. Is there any way to submit your city for them to add it to the list?

I got weather eye installed a little while ago after three failed dl attempts, I guess the fourth time was a charm. The closest city to me was 14 miles away but I can live with that, it generally comes in my direction from that area.

I like the app, very straight forward for it's purpose. I have Viigo installed too but this is a lot faster for just checking the weather and it does have a nice "look" to it.

Yeah gives a small status on the actual launcher. Sweet. Just wish I could get it alittle closer to my location.

It doesn't have my exact city either. I have to chose the "main" city 15 miles away.

Thanks for the suggestion. I put weathereye on my BlackBerry, but it doesn't appear to have radar on it.

That's a deal breaker for me. I'd also like to have local the marine forecast. Any suggestions?

Find the 30 day trial of weatherbug. It's either here on cb.com or on bb.com

When the 30 day trial expires, you could try to remove it and reload it, and it will most likely work*

Weather channel has one thats 12.99 for three months. I know of a friend that has it on his and he loves it. He works on a golf course and gets to use it a lot. I have not talked myself in to buying it just yet.
